1: At first you need to download Lively Wallpaper app on your Windows PC, .you can download from windows app store or download from the link given below in description box.

2: run the setup file. Read carefully and install the program

3: Now open the Lively Wallpaper app on your desktop.

4: The application needs to run in the background for live wallpaper playback, if you want to use it all time then you can enable Start with Windows. Also select your user interface type as per your hardware configuration.

5: After minimizing the app, you can access it from the system tray which allows you to open wallpapers library, pause, close, or customize.

6: when apply wallpaper first time you get error message then go to windows performance settings and enable “animate controls and elements inside windows” then apply settings

7: you can customize wallpaper presets by right clicking it .also you can change taskbar theme in settings
