Phil DeWester, lost his job in corporate America, and was on a severance package for six months, he was contemplating going back to work for a company or opening a business. He was not sure about owning a business, but he made the commitment. He went to training in November 2022, and completed his first home service job with 360° Painting in Jan 2023, and his first year 680k in revenue, decided to expand his business, and he purchased a second territory in 2024. His expectations is to exceed over $1 million annual revenue on a newly formed business.
He had zero experience in the painting industry, had never owned a franchise, and he’s taken his skills learned in corporate America, with the help of a franchise system, collaborating with other franchise owners, and he is separating himself from other franchisees, and also collaborating with the very best, in the system.
