PES 2024 PS2 - JrPlay BETA 2 version season 2023-24 (based on PES2014)

This is the second beta version for the season 2023-24, that was released by the JrPlay. He released this as a BETA version since, well, the season has not even started, except for the MLS which is now in its second half of the season. Features:
All teams are licensed, including the tiny teams and rich-wannabe teams like Salzburg, Leipzig, Strasbourg, etc. I mean, name any teams you saw in the video, then it's licensed.
Included some 2023-24 season jersey sets for some teams that are already released it and some that are still in leaked status.
Update transfers, until July 10th 2023. Including some of the latest transfers like Nkunku, Mount, Gundogan, Havertz, Messi, Busquets, etc.
New promoted teams, like Luton Town, Sheffield United, Le Havre, Heidenheim, Cagliari, Valladolid, etc.
New teams outside the promotion, like Al Nassr, Inter Miami, Al Ittihad, or like the recently relegated teams like Leeds, Leicester, Southampton, Espanyol, etc.
Applied the new 18-team league system for French Ligue 1, the other 2 teams are put inside Others C
New youngster put in the game to play at Master League and Exhibition
New scoreboards
New applied better turf
