This is one of the best classic specific-competition patches out there and it was for the classic 2006 World Cup Germany. I like playing the original full version patch (which I played a long time ago), and it was a masterclass. My only concern is that this only has World Cup teams in it, and doesn't mean every aesthetic is about World Cup. As you can see either the adboard, stadium, and stadium boards are not actually close to the accurate World Cup but they still give you the impression that, well, you are playing at the 2006 season. And also, the fact that the adboard is similar to what we had in PES6, makes this patch much more unique in style.
