This is a mod based on the Winning Eleven as an attempt to make an updated, yet still connected with the original KONAMI style based on the Japanese iteration, Winning Eleven 10. Don't get confused with the patch's name, it's one of I would say good patch. Despite the fact that well some teams got unlicensed though, it's still playable for me. Some teams are original, only some got replaced (like Spartak and the rest of Bundesliga). For the unlicensed stuff, it's already edited with the in-game editor, so teams like Chelsea and Liverpool will have closer to accurate kit with real-life kit pattern applied to the kit.
For me, it's still considered as playable and fun, it was like the WEHellas WE10 patch, although I prefer the WE10 patch more than this one. If you prefer the PES6 gameplay, I suggest you to download this one.
