How to Make POTATO Cake. The most delicious DESSERT from childhood!

RECIPE:
For the biscuit:
Wheat flour - 150 g
Sugar - 200 g
Eggs - 6 pcs.
Cocoa - 40 g
Soda - 0.5 tsp.
For cream:
Boiled condensed milk - 200 g
Butter - 150 g
Cocoa - 1 tbsp.
For sprinkling:
Powdered sugar - 30 g
Cocoa - 1 tbsp.
I'm preparing a biscuit:
I combine eggs and sugar.
Beat with a mixer at high speed until a thick and fluffy mass is formed. Approximately 5 minutes.
Add sifted flour, cocoa and soda.
Gently stir until smooth.
I transfer the dough to a baking sheet covered with parchment and place it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
I let the finished biscuit cool and grind it into crumbs.
Preparing the cream:
I combine soft butter with boiled condensed milk and cocoa.
Beat with a mixer until a homogeneous creamy mass is formed.
Pour half the biscuit crumbs into the cream and beat again.
Pour in the other half of the crumbs and knead into a homogeneous mass.
For sprinkling, mix powdered sugar and cocoa.
I form cakes similar in shape to medium-sized potatoes.
I roll the cake in a mixture of powdered sugar and cocoa.
The delicious potato cake is ready!
