This is the third edition made by one of the subscribers. Now, this edition features teams from the 1990s. Now almost all leagues are edited, they are:
Serie A
Other European Teams
Premier League
Bundesliga
La Liga, and
Other Greek Teams

The National teams are also edited, at the very least close to the one that we had in 90s.
The patch are also come with the licensed kits, although some don't maybe because they got replaced with the in-game kit, and haven't been reverted inside the in-game editor.
Some European teams' players also have their faces, when I meant some is because some also got either bug or no edited faces (so we got the edited from in-game build).

The teamlist are interesting too, in my opinion. Maybe since it's because they didn't specify the year to be exact so I assume they're all-star based on the 1990s roster.
