This video covers the somewhat difficult process of getting the AMF video encoder working in OBS on Gentoo Linux. If you have an AMD GPU that is as old as Polaris (RX 580) or older, this may be beneficial for you. If you have a newer GPU NAVI 10 - 21 VAAPI may work as good if not better.
I use `vulkaninfo` a few times, that binary is included in the `vulkan-tools` package.
