I have seen the office inventory in the summer of 2024 in New York. I was looking for and approx. 100 sf office where the windows can be easily opened as well, at good transportation, not a maze system, and with all my reporter bags I can enter and exit the doors smoothly, and without waiting for the elevators to come, close to restrooms, kitchen and conference room; and has a well functioning electrical current service, and where the hallways are quiet, people cannot be overheard, etc.
And I believe I found one. Or I shall see.
I was able to keep my Verizon Gigabit internet account instead of using the shared internet service. And they offer cloud printing via Ezeep. It is working very well. I already printed a few things.
1. The furniture assembly was done by the HandyNYC company from Thumbtack. They have been very efficient, with a fair price, and was able to provide an invoice with credit card payment. They seem to acquire work via Thumbtack. Because when I approached them from another avenue, I barely got a response. And when I approached them via the Thumbtack app, the communication was flying constantly. They are reliable people to work with.

2. Moving my office was done by Perfect Moving, and they did a smooth work, even though it was only a few boxes, and no furniture to move. Perhaps I could have asked for a taxi or Uber, but I was not sure whether they would accept moving that many boxes, instead of just a handful of bags. Paul Bojovic is the key person and is very hands-on and attentive to all my requests, and responded quickly.
Note: I was planning to use the Piece of Cake company, but the person completely mishandled the communication, and even the quote was changing from one offer to the next and adding newer items that were never mentioned at the beginning, like fuel and tunnel fee, when at the beginning it was said to be included. I decided to give up on them and went to Perfect Moving.

Update on Jan. 2025:
I like putting my jacket and vest in the metal cabinet with a hanging rod, that I never had before. The coat hanger on the wall is a great extra and is mainly for clients/customers. The file cabinets are really sturdy and weight-tested. I was a bit skeptical of using metal instead of wood for cabinets, but it works great.
