Dawn Morse and Katie Campbell of Core Elements Training demonstrate Mobilisation techniques at the shoulder joint, including movements such as, medial rotation and flexion using grades 1 - 4.

These techniques are excellent for reducing generalised pain, treating injury such as frozen shoulder, musculoskeletal pain and disfunction around the shoulder joint, along with and increasing restricted range of movement.

These are some examples of the techniques covered in Core Elements accredited CPD short course in Manual Therapy and Joint Mobilisation, which is available as a face to face course at our training centre in Swindon, Wiltshire (UK).

Core Elements Training delivers a range of accredited Sports Massage and Sports Therapy based qualifications and short courses.
