In this video I'll be installing Debian 9.6 within a Virtualbox, I'll take you through the install process, after that we'll take a look at setting up the desktop including Virtualbox Guest Additions support, some helpful websites for repository setup, multimedia support, and more up to date applications with backports. First boot after install - 10:30
Remove cdrom from repos - 12:00
Fix GPG Key Error - 12:45
Install Guest Additions - 14:40
Quick Look Around, Application Versions Etc - 19:50
Debian Sources List Generator - 22:38
Skip my slow boring one by one package install - 26:25
Copy Unofficial Repos to sources.list with nano - 26:50
Copy Official Debian Repos to sources.list with nano - 27:27
Adjust my stable main contrib non-free Repo to my country mirror - 28:25
Import GPG Keys - 30:25
Install Papirus Icon Theme - 31:25
Installing second lot of GPG Keys I missed the first time - 32:40
Select Papirus Icon in settings 33:20
Install popular multimedia support - 33:58
