This video shows you how to make an easy passion fruit dessert. This is an easy and delicious non bake recipe and I think everyone is able to make it. The best part of this recipe is that it is ready within 5 minutes. This recipe might remind you to a Porn Star Martini Cocktail as the flavours I used are similar to this well known cocktail. For this recipe I am using Skyr, which is a traditional Icelandic dairy product. The Skyr I used is vanilla flavoured. If you can't find that in your supermarket then use regular Skyr with a little bit of vanilla extract.

I would recommend to wait with the last 3 steps (adding cookie crumbs, white chocolate and half of the passion fruit) in case you want to make this recipe in advance. In this way the cookie crumbles are still crunchy when you are serving it to your guests.

TIP: this recipe is alcohol free, but if you wish you can add a little shot of vodka to the mixed fruit drink you use for dipping the cookie.

◆ VANILLA SKYR 1 cup | 300 grams | 10.5 oz
◆ MIXED FRUIT DRINK (for Skyr) 1/4 cup | 60 ml | 2 fl oz
◆ MIXED FRUIT DRINK (for dipping cookie) 2 tbsp | 30 ml | 1 fl oz
◆ HONEY 1 tbsp
◆ OATMEAL COOKIES (for crumbling) 8
◆ OATMEAL COOKIES (for dipping) 2
◆ PASSION FRUIT 2
◆ WHITE CHOCOLATE a few squares
