Chef Katsuji Tanabe is the owner and executive chef of a'Verde Cocina & Tequila Library in Cary, North Carolina. Chef Katsuji invited us to his restaurant to prepare a special dishof GRASSHOPPER GUACAMOLE in anticipation of BUGFEST, the Museum's biggest, buggiest event of the year.
