Meet Erica Vasquez, a shining star in City of Hope’s Environmental Services (Xanitos). Every day, she greets patients with a warm smile under her mask and a flower in her hair, reminding everyone she's here to keep their rooms clean and comfortable.
Erica's mission is deeply personal — having lost her mom to cancer, she’s inspired to bring joy to patients and treat them like family. She says that City of Hope is her second home, and she cares for it with the same love and respect.
