911 operator hears GPS navigation voice and sends help
A woman who called 911 wasn't responding to questions. Then, Operator Ana De Guzman began hearing the sound of a GPS voice navigation.
Last night, De Guzman received the “Outstanding Public Safety Professional” award from NextGen911 Institute in Washington, D.C. for her work on this call.
