Hands Free Video Voyeur Alafaya Trail Target:Update! Caught by citizens. Thanks.
On October 2, 2013 around 6:30 p.m. a suspicious white male was walking around the Target Store at 325 N. Alafaya Trail in Orange County, FL. Watch the video, you will see him tuck his cell phone under a large bag of dog food, under his shopping cart. This man then closely follows a woman wearing a dress, trying to record images under her skirt. He also attempted to record under the skirt of at least one other female in the store. We need to find out who he is, and the identity of his unsuspecting victim. Call Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS.
