HDD spin down settings:
Go to Control Panel/ System/ Hardware/ Enable Standy Mode
NAS power schedule:
Go to Control Panel/ System/ Power / Power Schedule and set ON/OFF time
Go to Resource Monitor / Processes and find active apps.
