1971 Mercury 500 Powerhead Rebuild - Condensed Version
This video is a condensed version of the full rebuild of my 1971 Mercury 500 Thunderbolt powerhead. I ended up replacing the exhaust plate gaskets and putting new spark plugs in it, and she ran flawlessly this year.
