M858PHN - Truck Cuts in on Cyclist (M.J.Griffiths)
Impatient. Fortunately, I heard him revving and accelerating behind me, so was able to take avoiding action.
Note that I approached the junction correctly in primary position (centre of the inside lane) but was forced by the truck to move hard up against the nearside kerb by the time I entered the junction.

UPDATE 17th October 2011: I just spoke to the company on the phone after I didn't get any reply from them. The person at the other end claimed that there was nothing wrong with the driving, that the driver did nothing wrong, and said "you seem to spend all your life being cut up by drivers". Disgusting attitude from the company. I'm considering reporting it to the police now.
