OK, I've not calibrated my camera for the Elephant Bike, so yesterday on the way home, I rode the exact same line on my Dawes (on which I have calibrated the camera) and overlaid my distance markers at the same position on the road in this picture: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BzA...
You can see that I am just over 1m from the kerb, so I was almost back to secondary position just 1.5 seconds after I finished passing the parked cars on the Elephant Bike.

So, when he cut me up, he was about 2 feet from my right hand side - probably less to the door mirror.
No, that's not a brown trouser moment, but it is still far too close and was clearly a deliberate attempt to use his vehicle to intimidate.
Oh, and at the beginning of the clip, you can see that he doesn't care about pedestrians either and is quite happy to drive on the footway.
