The more range of motion you have in the hip, the more important it is to be strong and control that range of motion. Tate does a great job of exhibiting control over her range of motion, making the movement very safe and unlikely to create any damage. Where as kicks and splits are a more uncontrolled way to get into that same range which increases the likelihood of causing damage to the joint over time. #physicaltherapy #dancerlife #dancersoftiktok
