If you combine the starfruit cake with a glass of milk you boost mob damage allowing for a maximum increase of 55%!
Starfruit cakes can be sold to Petur and can get top dollar at times.
This farm has made me millions, plus I always have starfruit cakes in my back pocket to eat when I go to fight any mobs.
