Every Fall, we at Just A Cook invite guests to celebrate Italian Heritage Month at the cabin. We make fresh mozzarella with the help of Vinny LaMorte of Vinny's Deli and Pasta located in Pawling NY. Vinny provides a beautiful display of cheese, antipasto, sandwiches, and more. Join us as we learn how to make mozzarella on a beautiful autumn day!
