Direkta nang pinangalanan ng GMA ang dalawang "independent contractors" na sangkot sa pang-aabuso at Panghahalay umano sa Sparkle talent na si Sandro Muhlach na anak ni Niño Muhlach.
Sa inilabas nilang opisyal na pahayag nitong Huwebes ng hapon, Agosto 1, 2024, sinabi ng GMA Network na natanggap na nila ang pormal na reklamo ni Sandro laban kina Jojo Nones at Richard Cruz.
Si Nones ay creative consultant at headwriter ng ilang progama ng GMA-7 gaya ng Mga Lihim ni Urduja, Dear Uge, Agimat ng Agila, at The First Nanny.
Si Cruz ay headwriter naman ng Kapuso shows na The Half Sisters, Love & Lies, at The World Between Us. Writer at creator din siya sa The Cure, Because of You, at marami pang iba.
