New project - property refurbishment UK
In this video I'll be showing you around a property that I own that's getting a full refurbishment. This is a house I have owned for over 15 years and it has been rented out for around the last 6 years.
There are lots of little jobs that need doing including re-plastering a couple of walls, hanging some internal doors, fixing kitchen cabinets, and several other videos that I will be filming for the channel.
I am debating whether to sell this house or rent it out again. Let me know what you think in the comments below.
