It is the name of the system that regulates and conducts the basic laws of theocratic or sharia state according to the basic tenets of a religion. In this respect, secularism and theocracy, which are the systems in which no religion is referred to in the state administration, are against the base. The theocracy was formed by the combination of Greek Teos (God) and Kratos (ruling or power). Theocracy is simply a word meaning god state.
In the past, the theocracy was first used by the Jewish historian Flavius Josephus. This term was first used with the task of separating the state models of the Jews from other state models.
In theocratic governments, religious and religious fundamental laws are the basic principles of the country. All laws, including the Constitution, are based on religion.
