Healthy pancakes, anyone?
There are so many health benefits of Chia seeds. This recipe, is it! You’ll never make your pancakes the same way again. Cheers to healthy eating!

You will need:

1 Cup Unga Wa Dola Atta/Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbsp Sugar
Pinch of Salt
1 Large Egg
1 Cup less 2 Tbsp Milk
4 Tbsp Natural Yoghurt
1 Tbsp Dola Vegetable Oil
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence

Method:

Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another bowl. Pour the wet ingredients mixture over the dry mixture and mix well.

Let it rest for 5-10Mins.

Heat a pan on medium to low heat. Pour 1/4 Cup batter and let it cook till it bubbles up. Flip and cook on the other side till nice and golden brown. Repeat for the rest of the batter.

Serve warm drizzled with any syrup of your choice, fruits and a hot cup of your favorite drink. Enjoy!
