Barcodes and Salesforce.com
Here is a quick demonstration using an iPad, scanning barcodes into opportunities and cases within Salesforce.com Salesforce™
We open a case and add a few assets to the case description. So we have a record of the "Broken Assets" in the service module of Salesforce
Also we add a vehicle VIN number by scanning the barcode to an opportunity.
