First take the lift from ground to level 7. From there look for The Grand Buffet, which has two clear lifts that go up to level 62. Please keep in mind people use these lifts to go up to restaurant which close at certain times (check google maps). The time we went no one was around and was able go up and down multiple times. It takes less than 15secs so be quick!
