Before I leave on a trip, I always make sure to do these 3 things to prepare myself. Traveling is one of my favourite things to do as it allows me to broaden my horizons and experience different cultures, foods and also meet new people.
The more you prepare the less stressed and anxious you will be, so you can switch off and enjoy the trip.
