In my column "Max makes the sandwiches", I always try to bring something extraordinary and this burger is no different. It is an incredible fusion between the American tradition of the burger and the intense flavors of Italian cuisine, precisely the Amatrician cuisine that we all adore.

The amatriciana sauce, with its robust tomato flavor and a sprinkle of black pepper, covers a succulent diaphragm burger, known for its richness of flavor and tenderness.

And, of course, you can't miss a generous dose of semi-mature pecorino, which melts slightly under the heat of the hot meat, binding all the flavors together. And finally a few fresh basil leaves add that touch of freshness that elevates everything to a whole new level.
