We stayed 3 nights in Seoul and Busan, followed by 4 nights in Fukuoka.
Winter meant temperature will hover between 0 to 6 degrees, and some days even negative.
Too cold for me but the kids love it. We were secretly hoping for snow to befall Seoul.
(Wei did not join us as he has own holiday in Jeju)
South Korea's sudden Martial Law threw a lot of anxiety into our travel plans.
We could fly in, but can we fly out of Korea!
Even our KTX train from Seoul to Busan might be cancelled due to strikes.
In Seoul and Busan, you will always find good cafe and bakeries all around.
Most F&B are above average, and of course fried chicken (various brands) always taste so good!
We stayed in Myeongdong in Seoul, central and packed with activities.
Every night, street food and busking ply the lanes.
This is Part 1 of our holiday. Part 2 will be Busan and Part 3 Fukuoka.
