Install OpenMandriva Lx 2014 in UEFI Mode (Dual Boot Windows 8)
This is a sample video showing how to install OpenMandriva Lx 2014 in UEFI Mode and Dual Boot with Windows 8
Step1: Make some space for installing Mandriva in Windows
Step2: Boot OpenMandriva DVD in UEFI mode
Step3: Install gparted and make two partitions in the free space
Step4: Install OpenMandriva, let the installation of bootoader fail
Step5: Mount OpenMandriva partition on /mnt
Step6: Mount EFI partition on /mnt/boot/efi
Step7: Mount /dev/pts /dev/ /proc /sys /var/run /run on /mnt$i
Step8: Chroot into /mnt
Step9: Install grub2-efi, run grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg, run grub-install /dev/sda
Step10: Done. Reboot.
