I've personally been on the journey of my own self -improvement journey for over two decades. It's been important to me to push myself in my personal growth journey to get rid of anxiety. Having dealt with all sorts of abuse and homelessness, I've worked very hard at getting over traumatic experience.
I've researched for YEARS how to get rid of anxiety because I personally dealt with it too. I always felt affirmations were helpful so I hope you like these affirmations for anxiety and stress.
I've also worked very hard to learn how to stop being afraid because I saw how it caused all sorts of issues including procrastination, simply because I was afraid of so many things. I even deal with PTSD but am able to control my mind so much better now.
One of the most important aspects was getting over the past and eliminating bad memories.
I've included at least eight ways to get rid of anxiety plus I'm including at the end of the video, affirmations for anxiety and stress.
To get rid of anxiety, we need to figure out how to stop feeling anxious and some people use hypnosis for confidence and other aspects which is very helpful. Believe it or not, you can even use hypnosis for motivation and even to have more self confidence, too.
To really get rid of anxiety naturally, you'll need to learn stress management. Not just any stress management but rather, NATURAL stress management. In this video, I'm presenting to you a variety of stress management techniques.
Some anxiety symptoms are feeling agitated, restlessness and even anger. You might feel flustered and have low confidence in some situations. You can have difficulty concentrating and even breathing in severe cases of anxiety and stress.
What I've done in the first part of this video is provide to you specific coping skills for depression, anxiety and stress. As I move on further in the video, I'm presenting to you many other ways you can cope long-term.
Your ability to cope or to get rid of anxiety has absolutely nothing to do with your ability to get rid of anxiety nor does it have anything to do with your emotional intelligence.
