Mother says she was beaten in front of her son inside of convenience store
A Rochester mother is seeking justice after she says she was brutally attacked in front of her 7-year-old son last month while they were shopping in a city convenience store.
The mother claims the altercation started when a man assaulted her son, and says she suffered a broken nose and orbital fracture in the assault.
