Rochester police chief sounds off after report of shots fired prompts pursuit, deadly crash
Rochester police responded to a report of shots fired Thursday afternoon. That led them to pursue three teenagers in a stolen Kia. The chase ended when the suspect vehicle slammed into a car at an intersection in Brighton, killing the 92-year-old driver.
"There needs to be, apparently, some cultural changes where it's OK for some folks to think this behavior is is alright because they saw it on the internet," Rochester Police Chief David Smith said.
