This is the story of how I lost 50 pounds following Coach Greg Doucette's advice: Eat low-calorie-dense food! No certain type of food is off-limits: There's a low-calorie version of almost everything! I've been overweight or obese for my entire life. I was a repeat yo-yo dieter.
