The shadow refers to the hidden, unconscious aspects of our personality. It consists of thoughts, feelings, desires, and traits that are suppressed, denied, or repressed because they are deemed socially unacceptable, morally wrong, or incompatible with one's self-image. Mastering this allows us to have control over our life, be self-aware and progress through life.
