Generation Z is becoming increasingly influential in the workplace. The way they interact with technology is much different from people in the older generations.

They are practically born into the digital world. Their interactions with mobile phones and laptops are very intuitive.

Some of the things you can keep in mind while designing for this generation are as follows:

1. Use more modern interactions
2. Have rich and immersive experiences
3. New technologies are easily welcomed
4. Their digital experiences are always social and collaborative

When you start understanding how these people view technology, it will give you much more insights as to how to design for them.
