Simply follow these steps and you will learn how to do it:
1. Open up Instagram app on your phone and login to your Instagram account.
2. Click on the three lines icon at the top right.
3. Go to “Settings”.
4. Now proceed to “Account”.
5. Tap on “Contacts syncing”.
6. Here turn the toggle off and you will delete all the synced contacts from your Instagram profile.
