Occupy Mars - The Game | EARLY ACCESS: The Campaign: My FIRST Day at the Mars Colony!

** EARLY ACCESS VERSION OF THE GAME TO BE RELEASED MAY 10, 2023! **

Synopsis:
Occupy Mars is a highly technical, open-world sandbox game about Mars colonization inspired by the most promising technologies and companies that are working toward becoming a multi-planet species. Build and upgrade your base, discover new amazing regions, conduct mining operations, retrieve water, generate oxygen, grow crops, fix broken parts, and learn how to survive on Mars!

Have you ever dreamt about visiting Mars? We always do! There are so many things to see and discover on the red planet, so many exciting technologies to be created, and so many challenges to overcome! If humanity can do this, we can become a multi-planet civilization!

The developers for this game have been working on perfecting all aspects of this game for several years now. I was able to take a first look at the game with the Prologue on September 28, 2020 where the point was simply to set up a quick habitat. Even this version was tough, but even then I could already see its potential! Several days ago, the developers granted me access to take a look at the Beta Playtest version that only a few select youtubers have been allowed to review, test, and showcase!

I was lucky enough to be granted a free key to the EARLY ACCESS Version of the game on May 5, 2023. After making certain that I was not upsetting any embargos, I have decided to record and post my FIRST video before the official launch date!

In this episode, I will be starting up an all-new game in the new story-driven CAMPAIGN Mode that has just been made available with the Early Access Version. In this episode, the game forces you through some basic tutorials in order to acclimate you to the life of a colonist on the already well-established Alpha Base Mars Colony located at Valles Marineris. In this episode, you will get to see the following:
The NEW Character Creation module
The FULL use of your tablet and interaction with your own personal inventory
Interaction with other Mar Colonists (NPCs) including the Governor, the Doctor, and others
How to navigate the colony an take care of basic needs

It is important to not that this is EARLY ACCESS, so there may be bugs, glitches, and other issues that have not been completely resolved. From what I can tell, the devs have fixed many of the issues from the Prologue and the Playtest, but there are a still a few minor inconveniences that I had noticed, but overall, this game is going to be awesome and will only get better!

Multiplayer Co-op is not yet available within this version, but the plan is for it to be available soon. That is where things will start to get interesting!
