Reverse Sear Ribeye on the Weber Smokey Joe
My attempt at cooking a ribeye using the reverse sear method with my Weber Premium Smokey Joe kettle grill. I replaced my older smokey now with this newer model for the big haul and it's always proved to be an excellent cooking vessel!
This cook was during our stay at Grand Haven State Park. I'll have a followup video showing more of the park and our time there.
