Kefir 200 ml (at room temperature)
Eggs 1 PC
Dry yeast 1 CHL
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1.5 St l
Flour 1 kg ( all the flour is different, see the consistency of the dough)
Oil 2 St l

FOR THE FILLING-
Jam 100 ml

FOR FRYING-
RAS / oil 600 ml
