PlayStation 5 (PS5) - DLC Download/Install Failure Bug
Error E2-00000000 - Something went wrong. - Try Again
This has happened with several items trying to install my purchased DLC content for Rock Band. Most of the songs/packs installed fine, but these ones failed, and I cannot figure out how to even clear out the failed downloads at this point.
I've tried a full shutdown and cold boot and also the "Rebuild Database" option from safe mode. No dice.
