A test where the Montero Sport and Accord contacted at a 30-degree, 50% Overlap.
Accord was traveling at 56 Km/h (35 Mph) and the Montero Sport at 56 Km/h (35 Mph).
NHTSA reported a closing speed (combined vehicle speed) of 112.1 Km/h.

The purpose of this test was to evaluate the aggressiveness of the bullet vehicle, a Mitsubishi Montero Sport MPV, and the vehicle and occupant response of the target vehicle, a 1997 Honda Accord 4-door sedan, in this vehicle-to-vehicle impact mode.

This test was performed on 11/21/2002 and features video footage from both 16mm film high-speed cameras and early digital high-speed cameras.
