You can cycle from Archway in north London to Tottenham Court Road in central London, entirely on quiet streets and protected cycle lanes.

The route is 8.3km long (5.2 miles) and makes use of parts of the historic London Cycle Network 14 route as well as Cycleway 50 and the protected lanes on Tavistock Place.
