NEW UPDATE!! Genshin 4.0 Banners - Zhongli, Yelan & Raiden Shogun Rerun 2023
No archons will rerun in version 4.0
A new information surfaced today and according to this info, there will be no archon rerun banners in version 4.0
Previously, sir Zhongli was speculated to get a banner in 4.0, which was later declined by uncle chicken stating Grandpa zhongli might not be returning in this patch.
In japanese 3.6 livestream announcement poster there was al haitham’s Chibi, and he got a rerun in 3.7
similarly, in version 3.7 there was kokomi’s chibi and she got a rerun in 3.8
So, there was some hope version 4.0 will feature Zhongli because Zhongli was in version 3.8 special program announcement poster.
Which may very well come true, or not.
Fontaine will be entering new series of update 4.x. Hence, Hoyoverse can definitely discontinue some of the sumeru patterns.
So, the only known banners for version 4.0 currently are – Lyney, Childe & Yelan.
The last fourth slot is still a mystery, however, Susbedo has decent chance of returning in patch 4.0 since his last banner was in version 3.1 alongside venti’s rerun.
No archon rerun info comes from reliable uncle, but don’t take it seriously yet since more solid information will become available as we dwell deeper into version 3.8 and 4.0 beta later.
