Exciting news just dropped about Kinich and Mualani’s kits, including their constellations. But before we dive into their kits, first you need to understand the Night spirit Effect.

Night spirit mechanism is unique to Naltan characters and is activated by using their Elemental skill. Think of it as a power gauge, similar to the Bond of Life, and it also fuels exploration techniques and enhanced states.

Now, let’s start with Kinich. Kinich is confirmed to be a 5-star Dendro Claymore character, and his kit is somewhat similar to Navia’s. When you use his Elemental Skill, Kinich fires a coupler lock shot that locks onto nearby enemies or terrain. He can revolve around the locked enemies, continuously firing at them. In Ultimate limit condition, he can fire upto 4 shells. Although it’s not entirely clear, these shells seem to be tied to the burning reaction, and One of his passive talents increases the shell damage.

His first constellation increases the shell’s critical damage. The second constellation decreases enemies' Dendro resistance, while C6 transforms his shells into a catapult. The C6 description isn’t very clear, but it sounds like you might be able to aim and fire different shells at different enemies. But remember, this is just my guess, so take it with a pinch of salt.

Next up, We have Mualani, there is a new update regarding her name, and it is a direct translation of the chinese version, Marani. Marani comes from the name Marino, which is further derived from the latin word Marinus, meaning, Of the Sea. On the other hand, Mualani is of Hawaiian origin, meaning "Heavenly first, Leader of heavens or, Royal leader." Her official name should be released tomorrow with the Natlan trailer.

Mualani’s kit focuses on normal attacks, with her damage scaling on HP. Her normal attacks can deal AoE damage, and she also gets damage reduction if she hits three or more enemies with homing projectiles. It’s not clear what these homing projectiles are, but they seem to be a special kind of additional shot, or possibly related to her Elemental Burst. Additionally, Source Water droplets are generated after hitting enemies with normal attacks under the Night Spirit effect. And these droplets are absorbed automatically, restoring the Night Spirit gauge and her HP.
Marani’s shark surfing consumes Night spirit and is consumed more when not in Natlan.

Her Constellation 1 states that when fully stacked (probably the Night Spirit), it gives HP scaling to normal attacks and the homing projectiles. And C6 gives every single stance of normal attacks the HP scaling mentioned in C1. The fourth constellation increases her burst damage, while C2 stacks some kind of mark after absorbing Source Water droplets.

Marani’s signature weapon increases her Hp by 20%, and normal attack damage by 48%.
That’s all the info we have on their kits for now. As you can see, there's a lack of clear details, so take this info with a grain of salt. It only provides a basic understanding, but the full detailed kits should be available in about a week.
So, stay tuned for more updates! What do you guys think about their kits?
To me, they seem kinda similar to Navia and Yelan, which might explain why Yelan is getting a rerun in 4.8.
