Couldn't end Epilogue! Talk to Capon bug

After arriving to camp, Hans Capon just walks back to his room in Rattay simply standing looking out of the window and I can't talk to him.

Accidentally got him to turn around and go back to camp.
When he's back in camp it's possible to speak to him and finish the game - get Steam achievement!
