Active mobility training involves exercises aimed at improving the range of motion in your joints and muscles while actively engaging them, offering a plethora of benefits that enhance both your physical performance and overall well-being.

This video demonstrates a simple 90/90 mobility flow, where I’m moving from side to side, hitting end range briefly, then transitioning to the next movement. Mobility flow differs from strict active mobility training, but it’s incredibly nourishing for the body.

Mobility flows like I'm sharing this video have a low barrier to entry for folks who haven't dabbled with this type of training. Don't expect to be ultra-limber right out of the gates. The goal is to ease yourself through the largest range of motion possible, relax the jaw, and breathe deep. Flow from side to side.

Aim for 4-5 minutes of flowing, alternating each side.

Over time, with consistency, you will feel different. More limber, more control, less stiff and achy. 4-5 minutes most days of the week is a small investment to feel good physically.
